Search Funds
Search Funds are a form of investment in which entrepreneurs raise capital from investors to acquire and operate private companies. In this model, the entrepreneur uses the raised funds to research, identify and acquire a well-established and profitable company. After the acquisition, the entrepreneur takes an active role in the management of the company, with the goal of increasing its value and generating significant returns for investors.
